Wolf Dance

Acrylic on 24"x36" canvas. Double gloss varnished with wood frame and wiring. A young Inupiaq dancer performing the "Wolf Dance." He is wearing a traditional kuspuk, mukluks, gloves and wolf headdress. A diversity of wolves (black, white and grey wolf) with drummers in the background. Motions show the wolf runs in two directions and howls at the end of the song.
